How do the sizes fit?

Our products are available in a range of sizes and to help you find the perfect fit, we have provided a detailed size chart right on each product page. Please take a look before ordering to make sure you choose the right size.


How does a return process work?

If you would like to return a product, please first contact our customer service by email. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will explain all further steps as quickly as possible and provide you with a return label.


Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured with great care in Turkey and then finished in Germany, in beautiful Bavaria. We attach great importance to quality and sustainability in every step of the production process.


How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for your order is usually 2-5 working days. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you always know where your delivery is.


When are returns processed?

After we receive your email, your return will be processed chronologically. Please understand that, depending on volume, it may take up to 5 working days for your return to be fully processed. You will receive a confirmation as soon as processing is complete.


What to do if there are production errors?

If a product has a manufacturing defect, we are very sorry. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by email and ideally attach a photo of the defect. We will examine the case as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution, such as an exchange or refund.
