3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded only when Faithline confirms the order by email.

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable. The following payment methods are available:

5. Delivery and Shipping Costs
Delivery is available within Europe. Shipping costs range from €4.99 to €6.95, depending on the destination country. Delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Faithline does not provide any warranty or liability.
8. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Austria.
